The property will be sold on the understanding that the 10% deposit must be paid by a Banker’s Draft made payable to CPBigwood Ltd. No other means of payment will be accepted and failure to do so will result in the property being re-offered for Sale.
In addition to the purchase price, the purchaser will be required to pay the Council’s professional fees of £1,000.
