Land
Burnaston is a quiet, unspoilt village lying about 5 miles to the south-west of Derby City and approximately half a mile off the A38 and A516, with fast access into the A50, local towns, the motorway network and further afield.
The village comprises a pleasant mix of house types containing several character residences, and the sale of this plot adjoining Elm Dene is a very rare opportunity within this premier residential village. The site was formerly a part of Top Farm and much of it was the orchard. It is believed to extend to about 0.37 acres having a depth of about 73 metres terminating at a field boundary and enjoying open views in a south-westerly direction towards Etwall.
Outline planning consent has been granted for a single residence which would be of substantial four/five bedroomed proportions together with attached garaging.
Planning Details
The site has the benefit of outline consent granted by South Derbyshire District Council under reference 9/2010/0214/FO dated 5th May 2010 for the erection of a dwelling house and attached garage, a copy of the planning permission together with the design and access statement is available from the auctioneers upon request.
