Terraced House

Property Description:

The property comprises a two storey mid-terraced dwelling of solid brick construction surmounted by a pitched concrete tile roof. Windows are uPVC framed double glazed units.

We were unable to inspect the property internally, however we understand that the property provides two bedrooms on the first floor.

Externally, the property is accessed directly from Society Place. At the time of inspection, the front window was boarded up for what seemed to be a broken windowpane. The property appeared to be in relatively poor condition with some spalling brickwork towards the bottom of the property. All windows were closed, and blinds and curtains drawn.

We were unable to inspect the property and therefore cannot confirm the basis of occupation. However, whilst on site, we were informed that the property was occupied, however the tenant is a carer for a family member and does not consistently reside at the property.
