The whole site extends to 5.326 ha (13.161 acres) or thereabouts. The main parcel of land extends to 4.5ha (11.18 acres) or thereabouts and is located along the B6179 Derby Road on the junction with the Old Swanwick Colliery Road.

Auction Deposit and Fees
