The Station Hotel is located in the small village of Picton, close to Northallerton in
North Yorkshire. This is a rural setting with residential properties close.

Picton is a popular area with access links such as the A19 connecting Teesside 10
miles north, Yarm four miles north, Northallerton 15 miles south and Thirsk 18
miles south.

The sale of this property will take place on the stated date by way of Auction Event and is being sold as Unconditional with Variable Fee (England and Wales).

Auction Deposit and Fees

The following deposits and non- refundable auctioneers fees apply:
