Land
Ralph Drive is situated off Quarry Road, accessed from Somercotes Hill and within convenient distance of local facilities, Alfreton town centre, the A38 and further afield.
Springfield House is a 1930's built detached dwelling of traditional construction which would need a scheme of complete refurbishment. However the extensive site has outline planning consent for demolition and redevelopment with seven residential units (three pairs of semi detached houses and one detached house), the access to which will be formed off Ralph Drive.
The approval is in outline consent, and other schemes of development may receive consideration but interested parties should make their own enquiries of Amber Valley Borough Council Planning and Regeneration Department - telephone 01773-570222.
Planning Details
Planning consent has been granted by Amber Valley Borough Council under reference AVA/2009/0040 dated 19th February 2009 granting consent in principal for the demolition of the existing dwelling and redevelopment of the site for residential purposes. A copy of the decision notice together with the illustrative scheme of available on request of the auctioneers.
