Directions

The approach form Derby is via the A38 heading north.  Upon reaching the M1 island at junction 28 bear left as signposted for South Normanton and proceed along the B6019 towards Alfreton.   After approximately 400 yards turn right into The Hamlet, follow the road along and this in turn becomes Hamlet Lane.  The building plot will be found on the right hand side as denoted by our auction board.
