The site is situated at the junction of Parkhill Drive and Huxley Close (Browning Street) a short distance of Village Street and Old Normanton area.  The site was previously used for private garages but is currently vacant.

Directions

From the City centre take the Burton Road towards Littleover and at the junction with the City ringroad bear left down Warwick Avenue.  At the next traffic island turn right onto Stenson Road and take the second left hand turn onto Village Street.  Continue for some 300 yards following the road round to the right into Browning Street.  Take the first turning on the right into Huxley Close/Parkhill Drive and the plot will be found immediately facing to the left hand side of number 2 Parkhill Drive.
