Property Description:

DRAFT DETAILS
** SIX WEEK COMPLETION ** The land comprises two rectangular strips both approximately 25 metres in width and extending approximately 1km and 500m in length with a total area of approximately 2.96 hectares (7.32 acres). The River Dove forms a Natural South boundary and Railway line forms the North boundary. The land contains a World War II concrete ‘pillbox’ structure within the embankment area.

We feel the land could provide development opportunity for a variety of uses, subject to obtaining appropriate planning consent. Interested parties are also advised to look at the previous lot which features land to South of this site.

Rolleston On Dove is located approximately a mile North of Burton on Trent and comprises mainly upmarket housing stock.

You can access the land either from Marston Lane (along Station Road in Rolleston and turn right into Marston Lane getting at it across the fields on the right hand side) or you can go via Duck Street and Blacksmiths Lane in Eggington Village, park your car at the end of Blacksmiths Lane and walk along the public footpath at the end of Blacksmiths Lane.
