The property is situated in Bromyard and any planning enquiries should be directed to the Local Planning Authority, Herefordshire Council. We do however understand that Planning Permission (Reference Number P143013/F) for ‘proposed residential development consisting of 6 no. new detached dwellings’ was granted by Herefordshire Council on 27th November 2014.
