Each property is subject to a 99 year Lease (less 3 days) from 24th June 1965 (approx. 49 years unexpired), each Underlessee pays a ground rent of £30 per annum to Freehold Properties 250 Ltd, who own the Head Leasehold Interest in each property and they in turn pay a ground rent of £28 per annum per property, to the Freeholders, except for No. 9 Shetland Drive, where £18.65 is paid to the Freeholders (see legal pack for further details).
