The garages have been demolished and we feel the site would lend itself well for several alternative uses, owing to its location and access subject to obtaining appropriate planning consent. We have been informed that a Topographical Survey was conducted in 2018 and all relevant documentation will be handed over to the purchaser.

The site is located in Handsworth, a few miles from Birmingham city centre and is approached via a driveway to the right of 17 Friary Road. We have been advised that the driveway is included in the title and would advise interested parties to inspect the legal pack for more information.
