Can I watch an upcoming auction without registering?

Yes, you can watch our Auction Events live without registering, but this is only if you do not intend to bid. To register or find out more about the process, visit our dedicated bidding page to learn more about the different methods or register your details.

How do I register to bid?

If you’d like to register to bid on a property at one of our upcoming auctions, you can do so by filling out the registration form and selecting your bidding method. You’ll need to do this at least 24 hours in advance of the auction to be eligible to bid.

Can I bid remotely?

Yes, our events are live streamed and we offer a range of accommodating bidding methods, including phone, proxy, and internet. When it comes to registering, simply detail which process you’d like to use and you’ll be able to bid no matter your location.

What if the property I’m interested in changes or is no longer available when it comes to auction?

We keep an up-to-date addendum available on our website at all times to account for this. You’ll be able to keep an eye on the lots available at the event, as well as find updates for relevant information. What if I’m a seller?
