SDL Property Auctions welcomes industry expert Nick Green to its team in the north
The UK’s leading live-streamed auctioneer, SDL Property Auctions, is pleased to announce the addition of highly experienced property expert Nick Green to its north region team.
Nick joins SDL Property Auctions as an auctioneer and consultant, bringing with him over 30 years of property and auction experience. His expertise spans the entire auction process, from valuing residential, commercial, and land lots to live auctioneering at the rostrum.
Reflecting on his appointment, Nick commented, “SDL Property Auctions has a fresh and professional approach, and its team ethic is second to none. Nick’s appointment comes a month after he took to the rostrum with Andrew Parker at the SDL Property Auctions June National Property Auction, where the business raised over £20 million in sales, making it the company’s most successful auction in two years.
In his new role, Nick will regularly join Andrew Parker on the rostrum and provide expert consultancy to SDL Property Auctions’ retained corporate, institutional, and local authority clients, as well as private sellers across the northern region of the UK.
