SDL Property Auctions report a triumphant eight weeks as over 450 lots have headed to auction
The UK’s number one live-streamed auctioneer, SDL Property Auctions, has had over 450 lots go under the hammer in the last eight weeks.
Of these 450, over 200 will be auctioned Thursday 27th July, in its latest monthly National Property Auction.
Some of the stand-out properties include terraced houses: a three-bedroomed in Nottingham, and a two-bedroomed in North Shields, a block of apartments in Leicestershire with a guide price of £2.25m, and a rare development opportunity of a detached house in Solihull that has the potential to more than double its worth following renovations.
Andrew Parker, Managing Director and Auctioneer at SDL Property Auctions, said: “We’ve seen an abundance in lots over the last two months, and we’re proud to be able to put this many properties under the hammer. There are some exciting properties coming in tomorrow’s auction, along with some great development opportunities. We’ll see over 70 lots that are located in the north west, too.”
He added: “Auctioning is fast and faff-free, and our expert team is on hand from start to finish for sellers and buyers.”
Thursday’s auction will have over 70 lots located in the north west, where SDL Property Auctions continue to dominate the property market. The business recently welcomed Nick Green to its north team as an auctioneer and consultant, bringing along with him his wealth of 30 years’ experience.
Talking about his new position, he said, “I thoroughly enjoyed auctioneering with Andrew last month, and I am excited about the opportunities that lie ahead. SDL Property Auctions outperforms others in running auctions and achieving better results. The number of remote bidders has exceeded my expectations, and the level of interest is evenly distributed across all lots, which is fantastic news for sellers.”
A few of the north west lots include a three bedroomed semi-detached house in Altrincham with a guide price of £235,000, a retail property in Rhyl with a guide price of £150,000, and some land, previously a storage depot, in Glossop, with £70,000 guide price.
