SDL Property Auctions appoints Business Development Consultant to strengthen national growth targets

SDL Property Auctions has appointed Martin Cunningham as Business Development Consultant with a focus on further strengthening the business’s national corporate and local authority relationships.

With a particular focus on the East Anglia region, where he has worked as a leading estate agent for over 30 years, Martin is a member of NAVA & NAEA Propertymark and brings a wealth of experience to the role with selling experience across residential, commercial and land property assets.

“I’m delighted to be taking up my new role with the SDL Property Auctions team and look forward to identifying new opportunities and driving growth for the business,” explained Martin.

“I’ve run my own estate agency for several years and offer auctions as a service to my customers so I’m aware of the huge benefits for buyers and sellers. I’m excited to become the local auctions representative in my patch, across East Anglia, as well as working nationally to build relationships, and all with the support of the team at head office.”

Martin is Director at Living Property Sales & Auctions in Beccles and has previously worked in senior positions at Brown & Co and Countrywide. Most notably Martin was Head of UK Sales and Business Development at Auction House UK, where he set up and launched its online auctions business as well as expanding its franchise network.
