37 North East properties with prices as low as £5k for sale in UK’s biggest property auction
With *guide prices as low as £5,000+, 37 homes are due to be sold by SDL Auctions in the UK’s biggest August auction since 2008.
Being sold as individual lots and all located in the North East, the properties are due to be sold by the UK’s most successful live-streamed property auctioneer at its national property auction on Thursday 27th August.
Auctioneer and Managing Director, Andrew Parker, said: “We are delighted to have such a great selection of well-priced investment properties from across the North East in our national auction this month. These lots are sure to attract the eye of investors, landlords and private buyers alike with both tenanted and vacant properties for sale.”
SDL Auctions has consistently held monthly national property auctions live-streamed from its head office studio during the coronavirus crisis and has sold more than 700 lots and raised more than £90 million for sellers since the start of lockdown, becoming the UK’s most successful live-streamed property auctioneer**.
Andrew added: “By offering an uninterrupted service we have seen our business go from strength to strength. We have effectively doubled the number of lots we sell in the region by selling in one month what we’d normally sell in two and are generating the highest amount of income for sellers in the region since we began.”
The 37 properties comprise a mix of houses, bungalows and flats, both tenanted and vacant, with guide prices ranging from £5,000+ to £25,000+, all sold subject to a lease.
They include:

Andrew Parker said: “All of these properties offer great potential for buy-to-let landlords as they would make excellent additions to their existing stock, with the option to purchase multiple properties.”
The properties are among 200+ lots which feature in SDL Auctions’ biggest auction catalogue yet and are being marketed to a vast network of private buyers, investors and developers. They will be sold in the national property auction on Thursday 27th August, live-streamed to thousands of people from SDL Auctions’ head office studio.
Andrew added: “Our national property auctions enable us to reach the widest possible audience and are growing month on month, with an increasing number of lots, a bigger audience each time and raising more for sellers. We are delighted to have topped the magical 200 mark this month and are looking forward to getting some great results.”
