Unconditional Auctions
Also known as the traditional auction method, where the purchaser will exchange contracts on the fall of the gavel and pay a non-refundable 10% deposit. Completion is usually set within 28 days giving you and your purchaser certainly of sale.

Conditional Auctions
Conditional auctions are considered to be a more flexible auction method. The purchaser pays a reservation fee to secure the property and is granted 28 days to exchange contracts and a further 28 or 56 days to complete.

Online Auctions
Our online auctions give you total flexibility over the sale of your property. You can chose a conditional or unconditional sale, giving you the same benefits of selling in a room auction but allowing you to set a timescale to suit your circumstances.

Who is my data shared with?

Your data may be shared within the wider Eddisons group where we have a legitimate reason to do so.

How long do you keep my data?

We will store your data for six years in relation to any individual transaction, after which it will be securely destroyed. If you would no longer like us to process your data at any time, you have the right to object to processing of your data. Please contact dataprotection@sdlauctions.co.uk.

What are my rights?

You have the right to object to the processing of your data. You also have the right to request access to your data at any time. You have the right to rectification and/or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing.
