Once you’ve logged into our partner portal, the next step is to enter the details and our portal will guide you through all the information we will need for the referral process.

Provide background information

When it comes to providing background information, it’s best to give us as many details as possible about the seller and the property so that we can tailor our service accordingly, ensuring the seller has the best possible chance of making a quick and successful sale at auction.

The background information we may require from you could include things like whether you have visited the property to value it for a private treaty sale, if the property has had a previous sale that has fallen through, if the property is tenanted, what the motivation to sell is, and if the seller is working to a specific timescale.

Don’t worry if you forget anything, should we need any more information we will contact you directly if there’s anything else we need to know about the seller and/or the property.

We will contact the seller

Once we have all the appropriate information we will get in contact with the seller to talk them through all the benefits of the auction and what the auction process will look like, including what the guide and reserve prices are, and how we will help them to decide on an appropriate price according to the property type and location. This will allow us to come to an agreement with the seller that works for all parties involved

Once agreed, we will send the seller over all of the necessary paperwork and documentation for their auction sale. As soon as we receive their signed agreement we will begin the marketing for their property.
